3. In 2 batches, using 2 small spoons, drop apple mixture into 2-inch mounds, 2 inches apart, in a prepared air fryer basket; spray with cooking spray and air fry for 8 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once. Transfer fritters to cookie sheet.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk powdered sugar and the remaining 1 tablespoon of apple cider; drizzle over fritters. Makes 8 fritters.
